When we “Survey” your property, we look for more than spatial dimensions.

In this part of the programme, we take into account extra influences on your dream home, including:

• The size, shape, positioning and quality of the land you want to build on – not forgetting the plants and trees you’d like to save and feature.

• How you want to access the new structure, the best views it will give you and its openness to sunlight.

These are the things that can enhance and develop the detail of your plan, making it stronger and a big step closer to realisation.

At the end of the Surveying stage of your programme, you’ll be able to see how your rooms will be finished and even how your furniture will look once inside.

It’s the first time you’ll be able to see your dreams taking shape.
